Conditions

• Less than 30 days from the date of purchase
• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original tags attached

Return by courrier

• Send an email to Sarah Service with the following information:
• • your invoice number,
  • the reference number of the item you wish to return,
  • the pick-up address
• OR, call Sarah Service at 1-888-242-9242

In-store returns or Exchanges

Return your item to any Tristan store with your original invoice, printed or digital, and the credit card used for the purchase - If you don't have your invoice, we will be able to look it up. You will need to show ID.
