All of our parcels are delivered by USPS, to the address provided when your order was placed. An order confirmation will be sent to you upon placing your order from which you can rectify any issues with the delivery or billing address by responding to the e-mail and advising customer service.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as your order is processed. No physical invoice will be included in your parcel. The tracking information for your order can be accessed from your invoice.
It is possible to receive your order in more than one delivery, and this at no additional charge. If the items of your order are shipped separately, you will then receive one invoice per parcel.
As soon as your parcel is collected by the courier, the tracking information will be updated and the expected delivery date will be established.
